At Point Loma Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air, we’ve chosen to redirect a portion of what we would traditionally spend on advertising and marketing directly back into the community.
Every organized youth team or nonprofit that fills out our community form receives a small donation of at least $25. All submitted organizations are entered into a monthly drawing, and one team will be selected each month to receive a $500 donation. No purchase is necessary.
Our company supports nearly 50 local families. When we grow, those families benefit — and we believe the community should benefit too.
We hope that when you or someone you know needs electrical, plumbing, heating, or air services, you’ll think of us. This is one way we can all support each other.
We also offer a referral program that pays up to $250 for qualified referrals. Organizations can even use this as a fundraising tool by creating a referral page to share with supporters.

How It Works
We’ve chosen to redirect a portion of what we would normally spend on traditional advertising and instead give it directly back to the community.
Every organized youth team or group that fills out our form receives a small donation of at least $25. All qualified submissions are entered into a monthly drawing, and one organization is selected each month to receive a $500 donation.
No purchase is required to apply.
We support nearly 50 local families through their employment with our company. When we grow, we want the community to grow with us. This is simply our way of investing directly in the people and organizations that make our area special.
Referral Program
Earn or Fundraise
We also offer a referral program that rewards you when you share our name.
- If someone you refer hires us for a service of $299 or more, you receive a $50 digital gift card.
- If they hire us for a larger project over $5,000, you receive a $250 digital gift card.
Rewards are sent automatically once the job is completed and paid.
Organizations can also request a custom referral link and use it as a fundraiser. It’s a simple way to earn without selling products or hosting events — just by sharing a trusted local service provider.
A Few Important Notes
To keep everything fair and organized:
- All teams must submit through the official form.
- Donations are provided only to organized youth groups, school programs, or structured community organizations.
- We may confirm basic information before issuing funds and will need information for making the payment
- Monthly drawings are random and conducted after the close of each month.
- Referral rewards apply to new customers and completed, paid jobs.
- Program details may evolve over time as we grow.
This initiative is funded through our marketing budget. It’s not a formal sponsorship agreement, but rather a consistent way for us to give back while running a responsible local business.
Closing Statement

When you support a locally owned company, local families benefit — and through this program, local youth organizations do too.
