You will be taking incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction, as well as other office duties, including assisting with dispatching service technicians.
A successful candidate will have the following skills and qualities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to follow directions is very important.
- Upbeat and pleasant phone demeanor.
- Highly organized with strong computer skills.
- Reliable and on time.
- Dispatch experience is a plus.
- Bi-lingual a plus.
